Hi Theo,

As we head into Autumn I'm feeling excited by the change in energy at this time of year.

I've been pretty busy over the summer visting Cornwall and taking Instagram, Personal Styling, Photography and Video courses (you can see a couple of videos I posted over on my Facebook page).

It's taken me a while to use video; even knowing all the business benefits!

However, amazingly, I'm actually enjoy it (of course I need to practise and improve...).

If you're procrastinating over something, you may not know what you are missing out on. I recommend diving in and finding out!

Like anything in business and life if we show up, learn, develop, expand and take action, things will change and get better.

Sometimes, we just need a little structure, help, guidance and a challenge to get going.

And to have some fun!

I personally don't want to feel I'm pushing or striving to get results. I want work to be enjoyable, exciting, interesting and inspiring, with positive outcomes.
