Last month I spent two weeks in California attending a feminine leadership retreat. What an adventure!

It was great to get away from the day to day distractions and to spend time with a community of women who are up to fabulous things....such as the song writer from the UK, now living and working in Palm Springs, and a screen writer and author, again from the UK, living in LA.
Meeting these inspirational women who are expanding the boundaries of what's possible, in terms of living and working, certainly opened my eyes to more opportunities for myself.
And this week, the Spring Equinox, marking the end of winter, brings with it a desire for renewal and new beginnings.
Many people mark this with rituals to welcome changes and new directions.
So here are a few I'm trying to refresh and revitalise my work and life...
Creating time during my day for reflection....
What do I believe about who I am and why I am here?
What is it that I most care about?
What is it that I'm most committed to creating?
When we become really clear about these things in ourselves then we become magnetic to others.
Meditating while diffusing essential oils, such as frankincense (the oil of truth) and sandalwood (the oil of sacred devotion), to assist with quieting the mind and accessing a deeper wisdom.
Tuning into my intuition and journaling to let go of old patterns, beliefs and ways of thinking. Then rewiring thoughts, actions and intentions on a daily basis to help me expand into a different reality.
Clearing out paperwork, books, incomplete projects and old clothes to create space for creative ideas, programmes and opportunities
Radiating out a new energy which embodies all that I am seeking to attract into my life instead of fear, worry and anxiety.
Do you have any rituals? I would love to hear about them.
