Here's my answer:
Yes. But you need to make that decision for yourself.
It's not a difficult decision. It just simply takes a little time, perhaps some foreplanning, to decide what kind of videos could you or should you deliver in your business.
Now, if you know anything about my philosophy, you know that my philosophy is all good business decisions should be made with consultation with your customers. So perhaps you should ask them before making any major changes.
But there are many reasons, good reasons for having video in your business. For one, video improves sales conversions, onsite and in email. Video increases stickability, the amount of time that people will stay on a page. Video increases engagement, the way in which people interact with you.
And video, when done correctly, is incredible for search engine optimisation. Have you ever noticed that often there are videos appearing in the top ten search engine rank positions?
