Toss those New Years resolutions out the door -

Hello Theo

Happy New Year!

Question: What's the most commonly talked about topic around new years time?

Answer: Resolutions!

Here's my 'best tip' right up front for the new year... DON'T make any new years resolutions!

Instead, set aside the time to sit down quietly and look at your life - at what it is today - and ask yourself, "If there was just ONE THING that I could start doing which I'm not doing now to improve my quality of life, what would it be?" Then ask yourself, "If there was just ONE THING that am AM doing now that if I were to stop doing it would make a huge difference to the quality of my life, what would it be?"

These two questions are incredibly powerful and between them can bring about longer-lasting change than any off the cuff resolutions.

However, you've got to know WHY. Why do you want to start doing those things, why would you want to stop doing them?

WHY. WHY. WHY?

You've got to have a damn good reason why, or else there will be no permanence to your decison.

This applies in life, and the same applies in business.

If there's one thing that I know most businesses are NOT DOING as well as they could / should, it's CONTENT MARKETING.

So my 'gift' to you this year is a "How to Create Your Content Marketing Strategy for 2014" guide.

You'll find it here in video format: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=008ZJRppMBY

Set aside the 5 minutes to watch it, and then the hour or two to implement it.

Do you want the online side of your business to BOOM this year? This is the 'how-to.'

But you've got to do the "to-do".

Remember, if nothing changes, nothing changes!

Talk soon.

Paul.
