Welcome to Premium Credit Dear Mr Brown We provide the finance for your insurance policy with PAX Insurance. This means that we pay the cost upfront and you repay this to us by Direct Debit. We have set up an online Credit Agreement that you must sign. What you need to know If you no longer wish to make monthly repayments, please contact us. You have the right to withdraw from your Credit Agreement within 14 days which starts the day after the date of this letter. If you wish to withdraw from your Credit Agreement, please contact us. Your repayments Your first Direct Debit repayment of £7.43 will be collected on or just after 1st August 2025. After that we will collect your repayments of £7.49 monthly, please see the following table. Our Service User name is Premium Credit Ltd. On your bank statement the collector's name will be PC/PAX and the reference will be 04AFEA3421/010. If a repayment is due on a weekend or public holiday, we'll take it on the next working day. The Direct Debit Guarantee This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Premium Credit Ltd will notify you 5 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Premium Credit Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Premium Credit Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. - If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Premium Credit Ltd asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
