Living your Personal Brand + Wellbeing at Work

Hello Theo,

We're into the last quarter of 2022!

What are your plans for the next three months?

September went so quickly!

A beautiful private networking lunch at the Nomad Hotel, London, was followed by a few days in Windsor for The Queen’s funeral procession.

It was such an emotional time for me! I needed space to process and heal the feelings of grief and loss I've experienced in my own life.

And then the month was over!
Living your Personal Brand.....

Did you know that it takes just one tenth of a second to make a first impression!

Which is why it's really important to consider your personal brand as well as your business brand.

Developing a personal brand is an engaging and authentic approach to business, helping you raise your profile, increase your confidence and achieve your goals.

It's about leveraging your skills, experience, knowledge and personality, and sharing these to help others know more about you and your business.

What would you like your personal brand to say about you?

Areas to consider are your expertise, vision, values and interests, and how you communicate with your audience.

And then it's about living your personal brand consistently, through the conversations you have, the information you share, the environments you spend time in, as well as the decisions and actions you take.

Some of the benefits of developing your Personal Brand include...

~ Attracting the right opportunities

~ Greater work satisfaction as you express your passions

~ Differentiating yourself from others in your industry

~ And the ability to attract more income!

Personal branding is such a relevant topic for business today.

It's one of the areas I cover in my private one to one and small group coaching sessions.

Wellbeing at Work
With stressful daily commutes, long distance travel and demanding corporate roles I realised, very early on in my career, I needed to look after my physical and emotional wellbeing.

As a result, I tried lots of natural therapies, supplements and treatments which were and continue to be really beneficial for my overall health.

In the past few years I included Essential Oils into my daily wellbeing routine.

I love them! They are so natural and versatile, smell amazing and are very potent.

I use them for skin and hair care, to uplift or calm emotions, improve sleep as well as to clean the house!

Do you use Essential Oils?

You're very welcome to join my private Facebook group HERE where I share tips and information, in addition to general healthy living insights.
