This last weekend I was fully immersed in Tony Robbin's Virtual UPW (Unleash the Power Within). This is my third time!
To keep my energy and vibration high, I'm now doing a 10-day challenge which includes breathwork, strength training, drinking and eating more greens, and so much more!
It will be interesting to see how I feel, physically and emotionally, next week.
One of the many things that Tony talked about is the importance of community and surrounding ourselves with like-minded people.
As I learned early in my career, we can’t fully thrive without the support and encouragement of others, as well as strong personal and professional connections.
Growing your network, building relationships, creating awareness, maintaining connections and providing value are key to growing a sustainable business.
So, I'm very much looking forward to hosting my next free… Connect Virtual Networking event, on Thursday 7 April 2022 at 11.00 am.
