At this time of year some of us can feel very frustrated that we haven't met our goals.
We're disappointed with our income, time is passing faster than ever and everyone else on Facebook seems to be enjoying a 6 figure lifestyle!
Rather than just hoping and praying that things will turn around, you can end 2015 on a high if you work through the following steps.
Step 1. Make a list of what you feel good about this year. Maybe you worked with new clients, developed your skills, overcame challenges along the way, designed a new programme/product (I've found that some of the great stuff that happened for me was unplanned and unexpected). It's important to acknowledge what has 
gone well otherwise we end up focusing too much on what's lacking (which drives us into a low energy vibration). Personally I like to express gratitude for all that I've experienced and learned (the good and the bad).
Step 2. Write down everything that you are currently working on or have ideas about. Look at each item and really engage with your feelings. How does it make you feel? Happy or heavy hearted? At this stage just note down your response
Step 3. Review all your revenue streams and how much you have earned from each one.
Step 4. From the previous two steps can you identify where you feel most energised and where you are generating most income? Are there any projects, commitments or low fee earning work you can let go of to create more time and space so you can focus on financially fulfilling work? Where are the gaps? Perhaps you procrastinated over an idea that had the potential to generate more income or you failed to follow through with a new business opportunity.
Step 5. Clarify. By this stage you should be getting clarity around the areas of your work that you can really amp up, those you can let go of or put on hold and projects that you could launch before the end of the year.
Step 6. Now's the time to revitalise your plans and set your intentions for the rest of the year. This might mean engaging new clients, raising your fees, launching a new offer, boosting your marketing activities, growing your list or getting support.
