Hi Theo,
I was very pleased to host the Healthy Lifestyle call, this month, with Anneliese Wells, Birchwood Yoga on the topic of How to Destress your Midlife.
Anneliese explained the impact of stress on all parts of our bodies (including our bones) and shared a number of tools and techniques, ranging from breathwork to exercises, to help calm the nervous system.
As well as feeling more relaxed after our session it gave me a boost to see everyone on the call.
Staying visible and connected with each other can make a big difference to how we feel about ourselves and our work.
Which is why I highly recommend joining us for my next free networking meeting.
Connect – Virtual Networking
Thursday 28 January 2021

From the feedback I've received attendees have been making friends, new connections and referrals for business. Which is great news.
Reply to this email or contact me here if you would like to join us as there are limited places.
It’s an opportunity for you to let us know more about you, your business and your ideal clients.
We also have time for a business discussion.
The topic this month is Social Media - how to make it work for you and your business, and how to avoid wasting time!
Once again thank you for such an inspiring enjoyable event today
"Thank you so much for hosting such a beautiful space today"
Thank you for creating these events!
We all respond differently to the challenges and setbacks in our lives and businesses.
Over the years, and especially during the past 10 months, I’ve learned the importance of being resourceful, creative, patient and resilient.
Here are few things which have helped me …
~ Although not everything is in our control, in our day to day lives we can take action, try out new ideas and different ways of living and working. The way we do business is changing and this can offer opportunities as well.
~ Set achievable targets/goals and grow your confidence. At the moment I’ve been planning day by day and week by week. It feels realistic and achievable and gives me more clarity and focus.
~ Include some form of movement and exercise to recharge. Whenever possible I exercise for 20 – 30 minutes in the morning, (even when I don’t want to!), as I know I’ll feel more energised and mentally uplifted. It’s good for stress relief as well. Simple movements like shaking and tapping can help blood flow and brain function.
~ Accept the days when you feel low and demotivated. At times like this we need to extend more kindness and self-compassion towards ourselves, as we would to family or friends. I prefer to recognise my emotions rather than pushing them away and trying to be positive all the time.
~ Any challenges we face in our businesses can be a signal to experiment or change direction completely. Although I’ve not been able to host my in-person meetings, I’ve connected and supported more people through my virtual events and explored additional revenue streams
If you need help taking inspired action in your business, in addition to my coaching programmes, I offer 90-minute Business Strategy Sessions.
As a result of our time together, you'll leave excited about the possibilities in your business, with a plan to take your ideas forward.
