I recently spent a few days in Umbria, Italy, exploring the narrow streets of the towns and villages perched on the top of hills and admiring the landscape, architecture, churches and art.
It's a very beautiful part of the country and warm enough to sit outside in the November sunshine with tea and small pastries.
And now it's the beginning of December!
I'm curious...have you achieved what you wanted this year?
Or did life happen when you were making other plans?
It certainly did for me...
There were endings, new beginnings and up-leveling in many areas. At times things have been unexpected and all consuming.
It was not what I anticipated when I set my goals and intentions a year ago!
As the saying goes 'life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans!'.
In challenging situations it helps to cultivate trust and faith that all is unfolding in a direction which is better than you might have ever imagined.
I know that's not easy when things aren't going to plan.
The temptation is to want to take control and sort things out, but, amazing things can happen when you stay open and curious and connect with your inner wisdom for guidance, before taking action.
One way to do this is to write your thoughts down on paper, however they come out, so you can process what is happening.
Then, once you've decluttered your mind, your unconscious can get to work to help you gain clarity and alignment. Both of which are vital for manifesting your next steps.
