Important notification from Susan

Dear Theo,

I'm writing to you because, just like all the other companies you've been hearing from recently, we've also updated our Privacy Policy to address the new standards introduced by the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can see that privacy policy at www.susantomlinson.com/privacy-and-terms

This email serves as notification of that update, and I also want to send you the need-to-know information about how I handle your data.

Your Data

The only data I have about you if you're on my newsletter list is your name, email address and why you signed up for my list (a free gift, a programme, a class, etc.).

Other metadata such as your location, IP address, etc. is collected at the time of sign up as a Mailchimp default but that data is never looked at or used for marketing.

You can request to see what data I have on file for you at any time by emailing info@susantomlinson.com, and you can also update your information at any time using the link at the bottom of any of my emails.

If you wish to remain on my email list (and I truly hope you do!) you don't need to take any action.

However, if you wish to remove yourself from my list you can do so at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the very bottom of any of my emails (including this one)

Please remember, if you are part of one of my paid group programmes and choose to unsubscribe, you may miss email reminders for the programme.

If you don't want to receive:
  • Updates on new programmes and class offerings
  • My newsletters with updates, articles, tools and learnings
  • Special live event invites
Then I invite you to click the button below to unsubscribe.

am honoured to have you as part of my community, and I look forward to continuing to provide you valuable insights into business and wellness for many years to come.

I hope to continue to journey with you and support you - it's my commitment to you to give generously of my time and knowledge to help you experience a business and life that's joyful and abundant.

To your success,

Susan sig

Mastermind with me.....

Dear Theo,

On my way to a meeting in London with members of my Influencer's group programme, as well as admiring the lovely houses along the way (and adding a few to my house hunting wish list!), I thought about the importance of creating community and connection.

We talked more about this during out time together. After engaging through our private Facebook group the real connection and creative energy came through seeing each other in person, sharing insights and offering support.

I know many solo business owners and clients have lots of passion for their work, yet at times experience loneliness and isolation, which can lead to self-doubt, procrastination and lack of motivation.

It takes effort and commitment to develop relationships; especially if you are busy with lots of things to do. But being in partnership with others is the fastest way to manifest and achieve your goals.

With this in mind I'm very excited to invite you to my next programme a 6 week Mastermind group for business owners beginning the week commencing 11 June 2018.

Our virtual meetings will be a confidential and inspiring place.

We will meet via video conferencing for 90 minutes, providing support, advice, networking, coaching and accountability for ideas or projects you want to focus on and take to the next level.

If you are wondering how a mastermind group works this is an extract from an article on forbes.com...

"How does a mastermind work? A group of smart people meet weekly, monthly, daily even if it makes sense, to tackle challenges and problems together. They lean on each other, give advice, share connections and do business with each other when appropriate. It's very much peer-to-peer mentoring and if you are lucky enough to get invited to one, you will most likely see a marked change in yourself and your business."

I'll also be sharing some exciting insights from my feminine mastery programme and more recently my Influencer's Incubator programme.

This is a great opportunity to connect with a group of like-minded people rather than feeling you have to do everything by yourself.

Want to find out more? Please reply to this email or email info@susantomlinson.com

Here are 8 reasons why this might be right for you...

1. You'll be part of an exclusive group with access to quality experience and knowledge

2. You'll feel supported and listened to with a ready-made group of fellow business women bringing insights and encouragement

3. There will be opportunities to help or collaborate with each other on projects and achieve more than you would alone.

4. Joining a mastermind means that you increase your network and reach

5. Everyone will have unique skills and experience that will offer potential solutions and connections for each member

6. You will have access through members for mutual cross promotions

7. The energy and momentum of the group will encourage you to take risks and expand beyond your comfort zone

8. And most importantly taking part in a group like this is a fast way to grow your business and it's also more fun.

As places are limited the deadline to join us is 1 June 2018.

Please email info@susantomlinson.com for further details.

To your success,

Susan sig

Improvements to our Privacy Policy and Privacy Controls

Google
Updating Our Privacy Policy
This month, we're updating our Privacy Policy to make it easier for you to understand what information we collect and why we collect it. We've also taken steps to improve our Privacy Checkup and other controls that we provide to safeguard your data and protect your privacy.
Nothing is changing about your current settings or how your information is processed. Rather, we've improved the way we describe our practices and how we explain the options you have to update, manage, export and delete your data.
We're making these updates as new data protection regulations come into effect in the European Union, and we're taking the opportunity to make improvements for Google users around the world.
Making our Privacy Policy easier to understand
Simpler structure & clearer language
We've improved the navigation and organisation of the policy to make it easier to find what you're looking for. We've also explained our practices in more detail and with clearer language.
New descriptive videos & illustrations
Often a visual description is easier to understand than text alone, so we've added short videos and illustrations throughout the policy.
Embedded privacy controls
We've made it easier to jump to key settings directly from the policy, helping you make choices about your privacy.
The revised policy is available here and will take effect on 25 May 2018.
Improving your privacy controls
Within the past year, we updated My Activity so that you can better access and manage the data in your Google Account. We also launched a redesigned Dashboard, which allows you to easily see an overview of products that you're using and your data associated with them.
This month, we've updated our Privacy Checkup with new illustrations and examples to help you make more informed choices about your key privacy controls. And since we understand that your preferences may change over time, the new Privacy Checkup enables you to sign up for regular reminders to check your privacy settings.
To learn more about these and other controls to manage your privacy, visit your Google Account.
